After earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, I began my career as an Analyst in a Private Equity firm in New York City. This invaluable experience provided a strong commercial grounding before I transitioned into recruitment—a move that has shaped the past 15 years of my career. Leveraging both formal education and practical insight, I have successfully partnered with organisations to recruit Accounting and Finance professionals at all levels across the U.S. and Australian markets.

At [axr], I focus on senior finance, accounting, and commercial roles within the FMCG, Retail Healthcare, and Property sectors. I take pride in managing complex, confidential searches and devising innovative solutions to challenging talent acquisition needs. My passion lies in empowering professionals to make strategic career decisions that unlock their potential.

Outside of work, I’m a dedicated foodie, an avid traveller, and a lifelong Miami Heat fan. Most importantly, I’m proud to be the father of two wonderful children.
