After graduating from University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, I began my career as a Chartered Accountant before moving into recruitment with a leading international recruitment company. In 1999, I took the opportunity to become an integral member of an Australian start-up recruitment company where I was responsible for the organic growth of the Commerce & Industry Accounting division and established it as a significant force in the Sydney market. In August 2003, Greg Madden and I founded [axr] recruitment and search.

For over 20 years, I have recruited senior finance, accounting and commercial roles for ASX listed businesses, private equity and multinationals. I have a proven track record in helping clients develop effective finance structures and providing key consulting support for their businesses.

I have worked closely with accounting and finance professionals to guide them through career decisions and ensure they make the right moves to reach their career goals. In 2015, I helped establish our leading career program, The [axr] CFO Incubator .

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids (who now want to spend less time with their Dad!). I am a passionate cyclist, sailor, and Roosters supporter.
