I studied Psychology in Chile and Canada and later completed a Master’s in Organisational Psychology. After starting my career analysing behaviour in clinical and corporate settings, I moved into recruitment where I have spent the past 12 years helping organisations build high performing finance teams.

At [axr] Recruitment & Search, I am responsible for recruiting finance, accounting, and commercial roles across the Commerce and Industry sector.

Outside of work, I am usually in the ocean swimming, diving or attempting to surf. I am a passionate advocate for marine protection and support organisations focused on marine conservation, especially those protecting humpback whales.
