Beth originally studied Chemistry but quickly realised her strengths lay in connecting with people rather than in the lab. In 2018 she moved into recruitment, starting her career across B2B, FMCG and medical sales roles, where she developed strong commercial foundations and a genuine interest in how high-performing sales teams operate. During COVID, Beth stepped away to work as a care worker, an experience that deepened her people-first mindset and reinforced her desire to make a positive impact in others’ careers.

Today, Beth recruits Sales and Category professionals within the FMCG industry, partnering with both candidates and organisations to build teams that thrive in fast-paced, competitive markets.

Outside of work, Beth can be found plotting her next adventure, getting into spirited F1 debates, or staying up too late to go to gigs or watch the footy from across the pond.
