The Finance to Leadership Incubator or [F2L] has been designed to assist talented Accounting and Finance professionals to develop their careers into leadership roles.

[F2L] is a series where a future leader will learn about the career journeys of Senior Finance and Accounting leaders who have successfully transitioned into key finance leadership roles. They will provide insights into how they accomplished the move, the challenges they faced and share their learnings.

A strength of the Finance to Leadership Incubator is an opportunity for participants to think, discover and implement a career plan. The ability to listen to highly successful Accounting and Finance people, engage with peers and discuss career challenges to provide greater career clarity and as a result, better decision making for their career.

How it works

[F2L] Breakfast Series

The Finance to Leadership Incubator will give participants direct access to Senior Finance and Accounting leaders over a series of intimate breakfast sessions.

They have been hand-picked to share a range of perspectives on their career journey and the challenges they faced transitioning into leadership roles.

The breakfast sessions are designed in a Q&A structure and all participants of the group will be encouraged to add the conversation throughout the morning. It will be a great opportunity to ask questions relating to your career challenges.

[F2L] will equip future accounting and finance leaders to have better career conversations and make decisions that help maximise their career potential.
