About Jan

I have recently stepped away from full-time recruitment at [axr] to help build our Career Advisory practice and develop the Career Optimiser Program. I partner with candidates providing expert advice on career management – helping them to identify their unique value proposition, present themselves effectively, develop strategies to navigate the competitive job market, and to make great career decisions.

With over 30 years in the recruitment industry, I have vast experience working with large blue-chip organisations, private companies and Government, recruiting a wide range of senior-level roles. In recent years my focus has been helping organisations deliver on their Transformation agendas by providing specialist Transformation, Program, Project and Change Management professionals.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends. I am a dedicated yoga practitioner, love going for early morning runs, and relaxing at the beach or on the water.
