Designed for busy executives with limited time, these 1 hour seminars are intended to provoke thought and guide you through a 4 step process to:

Identify your current skills and development targets – performance profiling
Define your long term career goals – career goal centric
Maximise the career outcomes of a job change – development based decision
Understand the market and how to present a compelling proposition – market yourself

Greg Madden, co-founder and director of [absolute] executive, designed the 4 step ‘Career Optimiser’ process. Career Optimiser is a tool that can be initiated at any stage of the career to ensure you are on track, and if necessary, to make corrective steps to achieve a successful career. Greg maintains a passion for career partnering with finance and accounting executives, as they successfully achieve their aspirations.

The seminars are held monthly on a Wednesday evening and start at 5.45pm for a 6.00pm start, concluding at 7.30pm. There will be an opportunity at the conclusion of the seminar to discuss your individual career with Greg Madden, Greg O’Shea or one of our senior consultants. We also offer individual follow up sessions tailored to your needs.
