The role of Inventory Controller is a new and integral part of the manufacturing team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, your challenges will be:

Working with a newly implemented MRP system;

Developing your knowledge of the business and their unique product portfolio;

Developing an effective working relationship with the sales team nationally and

Providing effective purchasing and support in the form of forecasting, inventory control and maintaining pricing.

Critical to success is a confident style, demonstrated experience in a greenfield inventory controller role/ purchasing and editing bill of materials.

Previous expertise working with an MRP business system and within a made to order environment where bulk raw materials are purchased and then various quantities are used in the production process is essential.

Drive, determination and passion to make the difference are key hallmarks for success with your new employer and working as part of a core manufacturing team, you will be expected to support team members and support core business values in practice.
